Miranda Lee Buell
Alto 1
As a Nashville native, it's no surprise Miranda grew up surrounded by music. Miranda's musical resume begins in the second grade and includes: 7 years as a chorister in the Christ Church Cathedral Children’s Choir; 2 years in the Blair Children’s Choir; many years of acceptance into the MTVA Middle School and High School Honors Choir (both Midstate and Allstate); summers at Interlochen Arts Camp in the Advanced Classical Voice programs; a minor in Classical Vocal Performance from Belmont University and participation in multiple choral ensembles while in college, including University Singers, Women’s Choir, Oratorio, Pops, and Chorale. Miranda has been singing with SONUS since 2022. Singing choral music has always been what connects her to the sparkling beauty of the universe, and Miranda is honored to stand with the members of SONUS to celebrate and create music together.

Kellie Alexander
Alto 2
For nearly 2 decades, Kellie's musical career has included both sacred choral singing and contemporary worship leading. She has traveled the world with choral ensembles, been ranked in vocal competitions in the state of Louisiana, and have led worship nationally for thousands in church and arena settings. Kellie's view on singing is that it gives way to experiencing verbally inexpressible emotions through melodies and creates unity among those who may otherwise not understand one another.
Calen Pos
Alto 2 / Tenor 1
Calen is an instructional designer, book aficionado, and self-described "very mediocre" gardener. Also a big choir nerd (of course). Calen is thrilled to be a part of SONUS, and even happier to try her voice at all those lovely tenor parts. Uniquely, Calen has never experienced the phenomenon of deja vu!
